How do we book you?
We are so pleased you are considering us as your wedding Videographer. Head to our contact page to get in touch! We can organise a little call. Once we have had a chat and you're happy to go with us for the big day, I will send you our deposit payment link (£200) and a contract to sign. Then you will be booked in!
Do you travel outside of London / fees?
YES, we absolutely love to travel around the UK, we have been lucky enough to film at so many wonderful locations including Wales, Cornwall, The Lake District and The Cotswolds to name a few. We often drive our converted van and spend a few days either side exploring
We do charge for car fees for travel outside of London. This will be added onto your final invoice.
Who will film our wedding?
Depending on which package you go for you could have both Tom and Hannah or one of our amazing videographers. All films are edited by Tom and Hannah so your film will be consistent with the style you have seen on our website.
How do you deliver our film?
You will receive a digital link to the film.
What's the turnaround time?
We make sure to turn your film around in 10 weeks. It's often quicker though :)
Are you insured?
Yes, we are, we can provide a full Public Liability Insurance certificate upon your request.
Can we upgrade our package later?
Yes absolutely! If you decide to add drone, we'd need 2 weeks notice, most other add ons like recording speeches and other audio can be changed up until 2 days before the wedding date.
Do you film both couples getting ready?
If the couple are getting ready close to each other, we would film both parties getting ready. however if there is over a 20min drive between. Then we would film just one party and get the other party at the ceremony venue. This is something we can discuss on a call.
Do we sort your food?
We ask if your venue would provide dinner for the videographers on site. This allows us to stay at the venue to capture every moment, and keeps us going to later in the night!
